Assuming you're on XP click "Start", then "Settings", then "Network Connections" (it should be underneath "Control Panel").
You should get a window appear with your available network connections in it, there should be one with "Bluetooth" in the name, right-click on it and select "Disable".
If you disable the wrong one and your internet connection stops working, go back in and "enable" the one you just disabled, then disable the right one.

Try plugging something into the hub and see if it works. I haven't got one, just making a semi-educated guess.
I think it's installed a Bluetooth networking adaptor as well as the hub, following the above instructions you should hopefully have disabled the network adaptor and not the entire hub.
Try it and see if it works.

Dunno mate, have you got the manual? See if there's a default directory where it stores stuff, it'll probably be in "My Documents" on the desktop if there is.
Again, just guessing.
