Which surge protector?
Hi
After having one modem blow up we've decided we need to get a surge protector...actually we knew we should get one when we got the PC we just haven't done it yet!
So, my question is, which one do we get!?
We would need 4 plug sockets and then the phone line / modem thingy Other than that I / we have no idea what to get or where from!
Cheers
Bob

I've got a Belkin one and a B&Q (MasterPlug?) one.
Dabs.com and Ebuyer.com should have the Belkin's which have sockets to surge protect your modem. I think B&Q do models with modem protection too.
You can pay more for Premium models which have a guarentee against damaging expensive equipment - £25,000 of cover comes to mind on the top end Belkin stuff!
