No.

Well, there were some 3rd-party add-ons but they never used to be free.

There used to be a product called Windriver USB. It was a development tool allowing manufacturers to develop USB drivers for NT4.

Because NT4's kernel has NO support for USB built into it, then any manufacturer would have to re-write some of the kernel to support their drivers.

I doubt you'll find many still available and if you do it'll be specific to the hardware.

So, basically you can't just add USB support to NT4 and guarantee it'll work with any USB device. As you can see on this site, you can still buy USB support but hardware support looks very limited - http://www.usbman.com/Win%20NT%20USB%20Guide.htm

Far simpler to install Windows 98, 2000 or XP. Unless it's just for a mouse or keyboard.

I have just came across a USB Fix for NT4. It is by Dell, but supports MANY MANY USB Chipsets. It does NOT work ONLY on Dells. In novice terms, itll work on anything almost, but be aware that not EVERY controller is supported. http://ftp1.us.dell.com/utility/R62200.EXE

~5MB extracts like 10MB. Has a little program that runs in the taskbar that checks for USB devices.

Getting the ports up and running isn't too hard, it's finding NT4 USB device drivers that's tricky!
