Good luck i say is what you need.I ended up having a huge row with every department till they finally cancelled my subscription and gave me a refund for taking money from my card with out telling me that i needed to ring again some three months later to recancel.
Kept on getting the have another three months on us you never know you may change your mind response. They just couldnt get round the fact i just didnt use the service even when they checked my account i had.

Can you post full details, my mates asked me to go and sort out his Misses Dell Laptop, she stupidly put on AOL, now having loads of problems getting it off. Never used it, but heard it's a pain to remove, and get out all the ****e it puts on.
It's a fairly new laptop, so if it gives me too much problems I'll nuke the hard-drive, and put a fresh copy of XP on!
That's my answer to most computing problems LOL!
