Default Need a new (old) processor

My Pentium III processor in my 'server' machine at home has died, and I can't be bothered to get one off eBay (), so I thought I'd ask on here.

Does anybody have a spare PIII, slot 1, preferably 700MHz or above processor I can purchase?

I would prefer a faster one, so I'll see if there are any more replies, but how much would you want for it?
