Question Internet Usage Counter?

Can anyone recomend a little free programme that will count the download and upload volume and peak/avearage speeds from an internet connection? Preferable with the ability to minimize to the tray and clear the counters when needed. It needs to be able to keep the log running from one session to the next if the PC is disconnected or re-booted.

Cheers

You need something like MRTG and SNMP on your interface for proper usage stats.
