it might be an idea to post a few more details from your CV, as "it technician" is rather general.

Do you know software or hardware, windows or unix, servers or networks - etc.

That way, you might catch someone's eye!

Not too bad for me in London, one week looking, 8 CV's out, 1 technical test and 2 interviews.

Wish it was easy to get on job training job is south east everywhere wants someone with formal qualifications or the ad's are for agency's that want you to pay a few grand to train before they'll even start to look for a job for you

Thanks guys im a hardware guy mainly with experience in small home/office network installation worked 5 years in an onsite role with various companys if anyones interested CV is available on request.

CV also with totaljobs but will give jobserve a go too.
