A bitmore info might help you!
Who do you want to get it too? What method? At which end is the problem?
Who do you/they use for email?
You could email it or ISDN it or put it on a web/ftp server...

You don't need the xp install cd to for the ftp client!, it's built into IE & win explorer!, you will only need the cd to install IIS if you want to host the file and allow it to be downloaded!.
Ask the recipient to specify a ftp address, (perhaps, username & password), open a browser type:
ftp://ftp.IPADDRESS OR URL HERE
click on file, login, use account details supplied
Then simply drag & drop your file into the IE window
200mb will take a while though, perhaps whack it on cd and post it, special delivery before noon.
Hope that helps

you'd both need this http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/b...orrent-3.3.exe installed and you'd need to make the torrent http://wiki.etree.org/index.php?page=BitTorrent

good idea Mr cookie - bit torrents are complicated if youre new to them - like me
could the same not be done with kazzalite, i,e, drop it straight into the kazza shared folder, and give the file a really bizzare name?, obviousley after its been compressed and password protected.
then get your mate to install kazzalite and download said file
