AOL Internet launching on it's own
Can anyone tell me why, all of a sudden, when I switch my PC on and leave it on windows desktop for a few minutes it decides to launch AOL by itself?

Hi Nick
Right-click on the blue AOL icon in the bottom right of your screen. Open the 'auto-start' options and uncheck the 'automatiaclly launch AOL option
If this box is un-checked, there must be an application that's configured to automatically check for updates that is causing AOL to launch.
CTRL ALT DEL to see what's running in the background. Could be Realplayer, Norton etc.
