Default Connecting a Digital Camcorder to PC

The camera has DV and SVideo outputs, the PC only has standard ports (USB,Parallel etc)

Whats the best (and keeping costs low) way of conecting the two?

Any links to products would be really usefull

You need a firewire IEEE 1394 PCI card for your PC - they can be had on certain days for £9.99 from link below and comes with 3 480mb/s ports and a 1.8m cable.
