Gruezi!

I've got an HP psc 2410 photosmart and can't fault it apart from the fact I don't know how to power it up automatically when a print job starts spooling

Get the epson - you can run it perfectly well on chipped copy cartridges £3.49 black £4.59 for colour - I have done this on an old epson at work for 5 and a half years, still prints as it did on day 1. Was told by epson sales that their cartridges have an anti-coagulent, but this makes sod all diffrence to quality.

Plus - have you seen the cost of HP colour cartridges - no copies either - only messy refill kits.

I work with printers and peripherals and can say from experience that Canon's are the best printers if you want quality, economy and reasonably low running costs. Try the MP360 or MP370 around £110 and £160 pounds rspectively. If u need anymore advice get in touch

I have just got an Epson RX500 and it is a great bit of kit.

Tried printing out few photo's on some Photo quality glossy paper and I couldn't tell the difference between that and one of the same picture that I had had developed at boots!

Has slots for your memory cards for cameras etc and even a gadget that you can put your normal “film” on and it scans the negative and prints out normal photo.

It should of been £249 but got it from staples and when went to pay came out to £220 bargain!!!! think was error with the bar code or something not that I was complaining

You can get one from PC Worlds web site for £221 inc del (web only price) but I couldn’t wait as wanted one over x-mas not that it cost any more after all!!

Go get one!

The RX500 is very impressive. The quality of the printing is stunning for this kind of money. It is miles better than my current Lexmark (which is the biggest pile of cr*p I've ever owned). If I was buying a new printer, the Epson would be at the top of my list.
