Can anyone recommend a piece of software that will allow 6pc's sharing a network to have a common diary? I.e. so I can check a menber of staffs apointments in order to make sure no one gets double booked.

dont know if it would be what you need but you can open a yahoo email account which has a diary or calendar function that you can share and other people can modify?

outlook will not share diaries unless you have exchange which for most companies is a sledge hammer to crack a nut, check out something like outlook4team which bolts on to outlook to do what you want.
