Benchmarking software?

I know that a lot of you are into building and overclocking "performance PC's", so can anyone recommend the best benchmarking software, so I can judge how a new PC is performing, (cpu speed, I/O, etc)?

3d benchmark and futuremark are done by the same company. futuremark is their latest version but it only really works with 128mb gfx cards other wise it skips some of the tests and you'll end up with a low score

PC mark 2002 (for an overall system score).
3D mark 01 and/or 3D Mark 03 (for a Graphics based score).
Prime 95 (for a CPU calculation based score).
Sisoft Sandra (for most of the above)
