Cool

Indeed very nice, but i have heard horros stories about it being not much better than GT3 from those that played the demo at E3 or wherever it was.

Said the handling and graphics were not much better than GT3, and that cars still bounce off each other in bends.

If only they could introduce damage it would make the game 10 times better.

Will still buy it though to make my collection complete - 1,2,3 and 4

Japan is getting a demo of GT4 called Prologue at christmas - but there's no plans to release it here (about 30 cars and 5 brand spanking new tracks)

Apparently the game is just about complete and is packed onto 2 dvds split between simulation (gt mode) and arcade (like gt2 was). Its widely thought that most fans will **** their pants when they see how big gt mode is, its supposed to be absolutly massive!

can't wait...

will have to organise a ScoobyNet race - first one to 100% wins...

stuck on about 98.something % on gt3...

I've heard good things about gt4 - now the cars don't stick to a racing line (meaning they ram you up the ****) they'll actually drive around you. I don't think there is a big change in the graphics, a lot of the visual enhancements have gone into the backgrounds (look at the view in the pic) but you're hardly going to notice it when you're racing - you'll only have time to appreciate it if you're watching someone else!

Anyone know where I can get a PS2 emulator so I can play it on my PC?

i can't wait for it to be released and there is a new force-feedback steering wheel with 900ø of turn (a full 2.5 turns lock to lock) to test the drifters!!!

the trick to the f1 races in to split up the number of laps to number of pit stops.
eg: 20 laps = 7 laps before first pit stop, then at 14 and your home dry. the rest of the f1 cars will pit in three times!

scary at first, think your gonna lose, but you never should. they're the best races in the game, IMHO

MAKING ME WANNA PLAY THEM NOW!

Looks a bit like Grindewald, my fave track from GT2 - excellent stuff!

got 1 race left in professional mode - the yaris race on special stage route 11. just can't seem to find a good setup. help!

some of the tracks in gt2 that didn't make it to gt3 were brilliant - ditto grindelwald or whatever its name was - also loved red rock walley -esp in the Escudo.

ps - even though I've done all the endurance races - anyone got any methods of passing the time when you're way ahead?
1. Give everyone a 2 lap headstart.
2. Try to get cars stuck around the course (they don't use reverse)
3. Try to push a traffic cone round the track.

Nice one messiah!

I try to push the front runners into the pits so they pit 5 or 6 times!
