Looks like I've got to upgrade our server and w/s with SP4 to achieve better performance out of Sage V10.
I've noticed John Banks solved his Word prob by removing said service pack. Anyone else had problems with SP4?
Ta muchly

SP3 is supposed to bad isnt it? SP4 is probably the patch for everything they fooked up with that!
SP4 doesnt contain that fix to stop that Worm though does it (cant remember the name - the one that gives you a warning that internet explorer will close in 60 seconds)
Running SP4 here with Sage v8 - no reported probs so far.

Thanks for that.
We've struggled with Sage on win2k for ages. Ran as sweet as nut on NT4 then the network traffic went up by a factor of 15 (ish). Sage blamed MS blah, blah, blah. Sage now reckon SP4 gives a big improvement in performance. Have you noticed any difference?
Cheers
