Customising Folders

I have Windows XP Pro on my pc & when I open up the C Drive it shows it as being customised for video files. Unlike other folders, I cannot open up the 'properties' menu & select the 'customise' tab to change it to 'Documents(for file of any type)'. I know it is only a little thing, but it is bugging me
