Someone has tried to send me a PDF file, but my e-mail advises theat "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments": filename.pdf.

Is there a setting I need to change to receive this file, I also have Norton Internet security, in case that is causing the problem.

go into OE:
tools/options/security.

there should be a check box " do not allow attachments..blah blah..."

untick this box, and the attachment should be there.
