Question

I was on the point of buying a Digisender so I can get the signal from my NTL box up to my portable. I noticed that a lot of these things run on 2.4GHz and subsequently have been told that this will totally flood my wireless home LAN whenever it's switched on - not much use if I can't surf scoobynet while the missus watches telly in bed

Anybody know if this is true, or if there are any decent digisenders that use a different frequency?

By the way, I know about the IRDA issue with NTL boxes but have found a new product (Digisender Gold 400) that supports IRDA.

Cheers,
Gareth
