Checkpoint Error

I have a managment server and F/W running FP1. We have just got Checkpoint SmallOffice FP2 running on a PDS2105 box. I have initiated SIC and pushed out a policy to the box. However, now when i push a policy i get an error saying "Illegal commit Status" Any ideas
