What is the command to show what runs on start up etc in win98?

I know to do it manual, editing the various .sys files and registry, but I remembered an exe that you can run to show all this info in a nice gui, but I cant rememeber what it is.

Any ideas ?

there is msconfig that gives you options of start up stuff.

Start > Run > Sysedit opens up all of the system files in one go
