my boss went against IT policy and bought one.
its quite funky withe the dvd writer and movie making stuff on it, so i installed a windows2000 emulator on it for him so he can run "our" software.
nice piece of kit, but i'm not a real mac fan.
enjoy it

I'm writing this on a powerbook G4. I think it's the dog's.
Can't wait until they bring out their new desktop rang later on this year (I hope).
Did you go for one with built-in-bluetooth? and the backlit keyboard?
It is the nutts!
Mine's just over a year old, but I went to a customer site today and everyone was allover it, really impresses.
If you have any problems or want more help, just post back..

Someone say Mac?
The Ti's are sweet. Got a few of them here, and recall we had the second one that shipped in the uk. Love em to bits. Hoping to try and secure one of the new 17 inchers, as they are very cool.
I do like PC's and had one at home, but it's gotta be a Mac for me, and nothing to do with getting them with a nice fat developer discount either!
If you whack Virtual PC on it, volia, instant PC! ok, so you can't play games, but hey, it runs Word and the standard PC apps with no problems at all.

i love it..ok it is taking some time to get used to..such as hitting ctrl and esc for menu..etc but apart from that the boot up process..stability has got me..and yes i got the blue tooth specified because it did not come as standard.nor did the airport card..but strangely bluetooth is built in on the 12" powerbook and not the 15"..oh well
I am Chuffed to bits...and do you know what the best bit is..the glowing apple on the Back panel!!!!
