Boot Management Software

I need some Boot Management software to multi-boot my works' system.
I have 2 x caddy drives - 1 with Win2k on it, the other with Redhat 8
I used to swap between the 2 as and when I decided.
Ideally (as I'm a lazy git) I'd like some kind of boot management software..... and would be even better if it was on a floppy disk that wouldn't affect either boot sector.
Is what I'm saying making sense to anyone? If so, are there any pointers?
