Cannot find server or DNS Error

I keep getting this when I try using IE.
It seems to be Zonealarm that is stopping websites from loading as everything is OK when I switch it off.
I didn't really want to be without a firewall so can you help?
Should I be looking for a new firewall or is there a tweak that can help me?

Have you configured Zone Alarm to allow IE to access the Internet
Not sure about Zone Alarm but on Norton Personal Firewall which I use I can make specify a list of applications that can and cannot access the Internet.
