Looks like it is trying to find a disk which has been removed.
Do you have a zip drive / smart card reader / similar installed, or have you removed any hardware recently?

OK, it will be because you removed the disk from the zip drive whilst it was still "in use". The system remembers the last state, so expects to find a disk there now and keeps looking for it.
To prevent this happening in future, try to remember to eject disks using explorers eject option (it's on the menu if you right-click the zip drive icon,)instead of pressing the eject button on the drive.

Not sure if that's the cause. I booted up this morning with the drive attached and had not used it at all today. The only time it had a disk in it was when I tried it to stop the errors.

Was just looking though the Microsoft knowledgebase, and there is an article relating to a similar message with XP, where the removeable drive is set as C:
