Not really IMO.
The printer will be worth £25/£30. Likewise for the scanner, so not very good quality.
"Video Card" scares me - it must be crap not to warrant listing the proper spec.
As a comparision from Mesh...
Athlon XP2200
80GB HD
17" SVGA Monitor
Combo DVD / CD-RW drive
Onboard video (upgrade options from £49)
Modem + NIC
XP Home + Works Suite
All for £599 inc VAT.
