Goldmine / CRM software

Hi !
Lookign to increase efficiency within the business and introduce software to trak calls etc. and have the features such as Goldmine.
Anybody have experience of Goldmine and the other CRM program's such as ACT and TCM ?

I used Goldmine at my last company and I found it fecking great. I currently use Voyager and it has hardly any of the functions that Goldmine has. My friend has a business and he uses ACT and does not rate it as much as Goldmine.
This is just my opinion but I hope that it helps. Most of the vendors will supply you with either a demo CD of an online trial.
