OK here goes!

I am trying to run an installation that cannot be an MSI as local admin whilst being logged on as the user!.
I know i can use the runas command but I cannot have the admin password sitting there in plain text nor can i visit all 2000 machines to type in the password manually.
Is there any way I can do this???

An MSI package will run in the context of administrator anyway, don't see the problem. Just tack it on to a group policy.
