My Password Is Correct, But I Can't Recieve E - Mails.

When I go to outlook and check for messages, a prompt comes up asking for my password and username. I put them in but it is saying my password is wrong, when I know for a fact it isn't. It has been like this for well over two months now
Can anyone help ? Its a Freeserve account by the way.

It is a freeserve account, yes. This is the message it comes up with after checking my other freeserve account (which is working)
"There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'pop.freeserve.com', Server: 'pop.freeserve.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR authorization failed', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92"
