I haven't done anything with my domain name yet - will definitely contact you if things go ahead.

Buy a domain from any of the sites offering them. You buy it for a period of time and is yours.

P.s. Sorry, but if you want a good quality, fairly cheap website designed, I can do it for you! I do everything from scratch and don't use any of those "tasteful" templates!

You could try buying a domain name and hosting from Titan Internet ( Sorry Lee ). As I'm sure you know through all your web designing the URL is actually the combination of "http://" to indicate you want a web page, the domain name and page.

i.e. domain name = dunce.com
URL = http://www.dunce.com/awebpage.html

what about
http://www.m8hosting.co.uk/
200MB and unlimited bandwidth, good for hosting videos ?
£40 for the 1st year, £30 after that, sounds good to me and I'm considering it myself, or is it a con ?

.net magazine are offering 100mb of free webspace until 01/08/02.

But it is through Easyspace and they are crap - stick to Titan for all your hosting and domain name needs
