I'm not really one for 1st person shooters, but in an attempt to get into them, I bought this for the PS2, as the mags raved about it and the demo seemed quite cool...
This may have been done to death, and might be nothing new for a lot of people with PCs - but **** me how intense is this game, well certainly the first few levels... the beach landing (D Day) is the first level in the game.. what can I say, utterly awesome sound and graphical effects and real feeling of disorientation from all that is going on around you... and the game just gets better here on in... taking control of machine gun posts, blowing up tanks that guard a bridge, using a sniper rifle to take out guards on look posts in the docks.. sabotaging a submarine... and thats just the first 3 out of 19 levels...
Its awesome love it...
