That's an expensive Hackintosh, Jack
I feel like my right hand is chopped off without a numeric keypad LOL. Bit like a mouse without a back button on the side or a touch pad without touch-scroll.
But that said condensed keyboards as found on nearly all laptops are a pain in the **** to anyone brought up on traditional full QWERTY keyboards.
Designer: "Yeah lets move this, make the enter key smaller, make that shift key 1cm narrower, shrink the space key and offset it to the right and squish all the cursor keys together, what could possibly go wrong?".

Photoshop was cheaper in this case.
I struggle when I get to a PC or a really old Apple keyboard, I'm not going to measure it but I'm pretty sure the MacBook and iMac keyboards are the same size or so close I don't notice.
I bought a keypad app years ago when I needed to punch in a load of numbers, it worked.
