My email is telling me there's a new Macbook out - only a 12" screen but it looks pretty good.

Any thoughts?

Matt if u only do email surf and want something light then its Mega, However if it was my Money id go with an Air 13 for the power... or a small pro, sub 1k on ebay.

I do photos so wont buy 1, I need a bit of grunt

We do need a bit of oomph for light presentation work, some photo stuff and general processing.
Not urgent but my Macbook seems to take a fair while to "warm up" - then it flies (75MB broadband helps).

new MacBook pros probably imminat from a 15inch view... 13inch pro is new anyway

Lack of retina on AIR makes me want to go pro 13
