MS SQL data change rate
Hi all
Is there any MS SQL experts out there ? If so do you know how you can check the data change rate in a database ? Is there any built in tools or do you need to run some scripts or external products ? Version SQL2008 and 2010.
Thanks in advance
Dave

There are SQL sp's that can provide details of DML (data manipulation language) changes which occur on a table - this doesn't happen out of coincidence, this needs to be enabled on specific tables.
Too much to try and explain in a post, and it is not totally clear if this is what you need from your original post - have a read on TechNet, starting point here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...ql.105%29.aspx
