Firstly dont shout most people wont respond (using all Caps and a stupid font size)

Now you said youve tryed polishing it - with that?

also can you feel it with your nail?

depending how deep it is it might hand/machene polish out

Any pics?

Brillo pad is good at removing light scratches, but you must wet it.

What was the name then? Not the brightest thing to do! Try WD40, let it soak for a bit.

We need pictures, but I can almost guarantee machine polishing will do the trick if it's just some kind of ink that is causing the problem. To post images, upload them to a photobucket account, then paste the link to each one into your thread reply, surrounding the link with image tags, i.e. [IMG]link[/IMG].

Dont try Aldi jam its got a 10/10 cut

Asda jam is ok with a 5/10 cut but with the added bonus of a 8/10 gloss rating
