Thumbs up Time for some payback - it could be you!

Well, we've reached some important milestones this month. Firstly we've now dealt with over a thousand orders since opening at the start of the year. Secondly, due to turnover, we've just been forced to VAT register, which will take effect from the 1st July (although rest assured the prices in the store will not be changing as a result). Thirdly, running Polished Bliss in addition to working a full time day job has now become too much, so from the 1st July I'm taking three months unpaid leave and taking the reigns of Polished Bliss full time. This will allow me to deal with most of the day to day work during daylight hours, and free up time to concentrate on the shows and events that we will be attending through through the rest of the summer.

With all this in mind, the point of this thread is to say a massive thank you to everyone who has ordered from us since we opened - we wouldn't be where we are today without your support. While we always try to give as much back as possible in terms of service and 'extras' and low prices, we want to do a little bit more to celebrate. So, on or around the first of June, ten of our most regular customers will be receiving surprise parcels thanking them for their support. Clearly our thanks extend to everybody, but unfortunately we can't give everyone a gift, otherwise we'd be out of business!

Once again, cheers everyone, it's much appreciated.

What was recommended for a Silver DB5 then?
it had a few swirls on the bonnet, so they purchased some Menzerna Intensive Polish, but was advised by Rich to shake and not stir before use

Good on you both - congratulations and here's to the next thousand orders.

Personal thanks to you both for the advice and products ... I might yet have a clean car for a while (for the first time in my life) now.

Ok, all of the gift packs were posted yesterday, so should be arriving today (some were hand delivered yesterday). Just to clarify, as I have been asked - the ten selected are not necessarily the ten who have spent the most. A lot of folks have placed one or two large orders, and received decent freebies as a result. However, a lot of folks have spent a similar amount, but in more frequent, smaller order sizes, and have thus never received freebies. It is these people who have been singled out from the list.
