I saw this product in Top Gear mag some weeks ago - RGM rearguards "Bumper top paint protectors" RGM Car Bumper Paint Protectors - there was a big application list, didn't see SUBARU on it though BUT you never know - not logo'd either 01525 853888 HTH

also go on ebay and type in there 1998 wagon breaking ,you should find one there! good luck.
