Wilsons Accident aftercare
Did anyone else get a membership card through the post today from Wilsons 
Something to do with accident aftercare. Nothing I asked for

Dunno, was hoping someone else had got 1 so they could tell me

Blah blah blah.
So if I have a smack, am I gonna have to pay out fr their services as well
I was expecting it to be something that went out to everyone

Sounds like "Ambulance chasing" type thing only in this case it's "Recovery truck chasing". The one stop accident shop perhaps?
Have an accident ~ ring Wilsons ~ they do the rest ~ then charge it all to your insurance.
