bugger me, you are by the book.
lol, imagine ringing your insurance co and saying "yes its modified, its been detangoed"
to answer the question(with a straight face) didnt tell my insurance, but no doubt there will be people saying you should inform them. its up to you

Last week - £90 delivered off ebay - but by www.flat4online.co.uk trading on ebay.

Excellent quality, highly recommended - complete with silver bulbs that flash orange plus orange bulbs as spares. 5 minute job.

I'm no spanner man, but the full de-tango is a doddle.

Front indicators - 1 screw each side, pull out indicator, take out bulb in holder, swap bulb with silvervision/orange bulb, place in shiny crystal indicator and replace.

Side lights - open bonnet, one screw each side - take out bulb in holder and place in shiny new crystal jobbie.

Side indicators - slide forward and pull out (should come, might need a bit of subtle effort), take out bulb in holder, change bulb and replace in new crystal effort.

Voila!!

Much better looking front end
