where can i get my car de resricted?

ive just bought a imported wrx and want to get it de resricted and the dials reading in mph?
ive been told that u dont have to change the dials now....just put this little box somewhere....arent i technical
im in sheffield so if theres anywhere cheapish on somewhere i can buy the kit and diy it.

It cost me £150, not from there though. No idea if thats good or bad. The new white dials were an extra £50 and read up to 180mph.

does ur current speedo read up to 160/180 ??

u can buy a converter, depending on Year as to which one.
the one i had goes inline with the cable that runs from gearbox to speedo.
it converts to read mph and records in miles.

on the speedo just blank out the "k" in kmh.

job done.

my speedo reads 180 m8....
does that gismo let it go faster too?
check out the link in my earlier post....is that the thing uve got?
ive only done almost 115mph in it so far....im a wuss i know :P

works a treat

its a k-reg
what bit is it? and does it make the original speedo read as mph?
and does it also de resrict it?
and maybe u'll know this 2.....whats a wrx's top speed?
its almost standard....just a hks mushroom type filter,hks bov and a full stainless steel exhaust....which i can almost fit my head in

it was cheaper than that i think it was 60 +vat
but phone them and ask
it de restricts also makes the kph read as mph so no nead to **** about with ur clocks
ps ive had 150 out of mine but it was still pullin
not quite standard though
