I heard somewhere that NANKANGs used old Bridgestone tread patterns on their performance tyres.

Still I would'nt touch them

Had Nankangs on our old Astramax diesel. I once over-shot a junction in the wet. Tried to turn - just went straignt on. Thought it was deisel or oil on the road.....till I did it again. And I was only tottering about too (like 30mph, slow to about 15mph then try to turn).

Had same problems with Road Champs. Do not touch unless you want to use them for burn-outs and doughnuts

I usually have F1's on mine

but ive got nankangs on at the moment, i got em with my BK238's which i bought as a package deal - offer was good so i took it.

they're ok i suppose, ive not taken them to the limit yet so i wouldnt know if they're good or bad - first impression they seem allright enough. Back to Goodyear Eagle F1's when these are through though.

ive tryed road champs before, lost it on a round a bout and smahed my wheel and bent the arms, same kinda deal, i turned and the car went straight on.

iv just put some Federal tyres on the back 2 wheels and to be honest im quite impressed, even in the wet considering its a RWD car, i had Dunlop SP200 on before that and they were fantastic, i never lost control of the car with the dunlops and they lasted 4 years!
