Default Broken connector

having a tidy round under the bonnet and came across a broken connector. the female side still has the broken male end in it but i cannot find the other part of the plug. the wire comes of the main alternator loom and only has 2 heavy duty wires in it, one black and 1 red. i would post a couple of picture but my iphone is playing up so any good guesses would be appreciated
