I've just taken this car as a part-ex against my M5. It's more or less the same, but will need new rear tyres before long, has standard STI lights and is running standard suspension, but will come with another set of dampers and Eibach lowering springs. I have had one of these before and I'm really impressed with how this one drives.

The car is located in Upminster, RM14. If you're interested in it, please send me a PM. I'm open to offers around £2250.

I actually regret selling this car... If I didn't have that stupid 5 series still I would probably have bought it back.

Yeah, it drives incredibly well and is definitely better than my previous bugeye wagon. I'd keep it, but I already have a B5 RS4.

It's been a great car for me Henrik. Have loved owning it, just time for a change and Alex presented me with an opportunity I couldn't miss. Good luck with the sale mate. I'm sure if people go and see it they will snap it up. Bargain at that price 😊

Thanks mate. I look at it parked on the drive and think it must be impossible to find anything faster for the money. If not, then it must be impossible to find anything faster and as practical for the money.

Is it running my old suspension I sent along? If so, the shocks and springs are about 25k old original items + whatever miles you put on in a year

I'm assuming that's what Simon put on the car. Price is now £2k, which seems ridiculous given all the bits on the car.

You would probably be better off putting up a new thread with recent pics.

However, I am interested myself @ 2k. If you don't want to or can't put up a new thread then post new pics on here?

Yeah, I was in two minds as at least with this thread people are able to see the history. There are some pictures here:

I'll sort put individual links to the pictures when I have a moment.
