A year and a day actually, that is more than a year, definately isnt years or can you still not get that one into your head?
You even deny the meaning of it in the English Language, geez, you cannot take it Jack, get out of the kitchen when someone is cooking, you are likely to explode

You have just admitted that whatever anybody else says, factual or not, you will continue to sing Apples praises.
Not like we didn't know that already Jack.
Me: Enjoying my Apple products
Tony: "New iPhone is slower than my Galaxy"
Me: Show's test that show otherwise.
Tony: Those tests are rubbish
Me: Shows tests that are not rubbish
Tony: Changes the subject claiming iPhone chip is the same as Samsung
Me: Shows otherwise
Tony: Throws toys from pram
Me: Enjoying my Apple products
How from that you've suddenly decided "whatever anybody else says, factual or not, you will continue to sing Apples praises" is beyond me. If someone provides me with facts I won't do a Tony.

Trying to turn it around again Jack
I've told you why there are differences, you just ignored them, typical Jack for you

I've pointed out that both are based on A9 chips as someone has decoded the information on the exterior of the chip.
I've pointed out that the use of geekbench is useless as it doesnt give accurate results on the Galaxy S3, if you want me to post a picture of what geekbench does show when all 4 cores are used, shame they are not fully utilised, then ill happily do that, the score is considerably higher than that given to the iphone5, hence I said wait for some proper tests, you seem to disagree.
You agree that everything new is fantastic, the world disagrees with you, especially Apple Maps which you praise being far greater than any one elses maps, even apple say its a bit rubbish but will get better

Keep it up Jack
Once more Tony.
"The A6 processor that powers Apple's newest iPhone is using neither rehashed Cortex A9 cores, nor the upcoming Cortex A15, but an original design based on ARM's armv7s architecture."
Now accept you're wrong and move on.

Oh and I don't claim that Apple Maps are better than anything, I think they're brilliant at what they do and some of what they do is obviously better, like turn by turn and 3d. If I think Google maps are better for certain tasks I'll just use Google maps as unlike on Android I can use both.

Jack you really do come across as a complete tool.

Yes or no?
Many others here, (including Tony) are enjoying watching you tie yourself up in knots again and again.
The majority of comments on here support this. They do not support you in your opinion.
So again, what are you getting out of this.
Genuinely interested.
Highlighting great new features, answering questions and debunking misinformation. I fail to see your problem with that. It easy being negative like you, Tony and the band of nay sayers, but it does nobody any good. How about you just leave the thread, you never add anything relevant, you just appear with your negative attitude trying to **** on other people's chips. I find it amusing, but no doubt our less vocal readers find it tedious.

And I will leave this thread when I am good and ready thank you very much.
Then again, that is a typical response from yourself. If you don't like what you hear, you ask people to go away. How mature of you. How 'Apple' of you.

Apple admits it's a widespread problem!

Agreed though, it doesn't look too good for Apple in the quality department with 45% of people reporting problems.
This is the first iPhone that I have actually liked the look of, but every iPhone now seems to come with a major fault.
I'm sure Jack will come along soon to rubbish this story.

Tony
So after a wekeend with my iPhone 5 I can confirm its an absolutely stunning phone. Scratch gate is ridiculous. Some idiots are complaining that if they drop their phone, or scratch it, its scratches. Well no ****.
iOS 6 is great. Apple Maps is absolutely rubbish - Unless you live in a major city.
