Looks great Rich, you've done a lot of hard graft fair play to you, and it's paid off a tread, top bombing:-)

Nice one Rich Guess you show the benefits of working inside a workshop/garage
When my Landy is on the road we'll have to get some photos together.

Have you thought about going down the EDIS Megajolt route?? Replaces the dizzy altogether and runs a Ford Ka coil pack, so MUCH better spark, much more reliable, and will free up a couple of ponies, also should give a smoother accelerator etc. You could hide it all, so looks oem. Plus coil packs are fully waterproof, so less cold wet starting issues. I'm gonna do it with my Rover V8 eventually.

Thanks for the comments guys, she's coming along. Hopefully going to sort some cabinets by the end of the year.

JB, I took a look at the Megajolt and was tempted by the £350 price tag, but I will be seeking more power eventually so a Scooby sport engine is on the cards in the future, as well as a new front axle.

Yeah but Scooby engines crank in the opposite direction, so bit more work than bunging one in
May be better getting a n/a flat 6 from a Porsche, but they are pricey and still carb and dizzy. Your should be a 2.0 being a van, so get it set up nicely and on coil pack and it will be just as good as a Scooby engine, and no water coolant to worry about either
