Not good hope you get it sorted to your satisfaction soon.
All 3 cars in this house (2 scoobs and a C4) are insured with Marker Study through Sky Insurance.
From what i've read here.... Sky try to help where they can, the Claims management company are next to useless and the repairing bodyshop are even worse! You'd like to think that a bodyshop used by an insurer will be up to the job and repair cars properly. Obviously not.

Yes, I accepted the third attempt at the beginning of the month and have now covered 1500 miles in it with no major problems.
The headlight aim is not great but I'm not going to wait 10 weeks to get that sorted out and will deal with it myself.
Like last time the washer bottle was filled with water but in hindsight it was a relief when I discovered last weekend the intercooler spray bottle in the boot has also been filled with water, screen wash in there would have been a real pain.
The cars going to need servicing in a month or so, I'll get it checked over properly then and it will also provide the opportunity to look at the repair when the car is on the ramp.

Pretty much sums it up although I wouldn't rate Marker Study any higher than Natiowide in this case.
