Thanks Dean... Washed and parked up now for a couple of months, maybe March or certainly April and then tints and a detail by James in prep for PCAD and hopefully some sunshine :-)

A subject I've never really looked into since my classic had a chocolate maf I left it well alone, I thought I'd do a little research on the new age.

I have a mint (genuinely like new) PS pump from a Bug STi here which i was planning to use on my classic but went for a Spec-R relocation kit instead. If you have a classic & fluid is leaking from bottom of reservoir i'd recommend replacing the o-ring (about £1 from the stealers) and job done

I also have some nice Gates Kevlar timing belts here if you fancy one.

Will have a chat if you're heading to the WREC meeting next week

Steve
Interested in both bits there steve.. didn't make the WREC meeting but sure we can sort something out!

I'm going to have a talk with Steve at some point and have a look at them and maybe try one on the car to see how it looks and sits... there's plenty of time before I make a decision on what to get

Thanks James I'll have a look through that later, that's the colour on the first pic I feel for a silver car.

Shhhh Steve

I like the design a lot but I need to get my hands on one and have a good look at the shape of the wheel and as said sit one on the car have a look down the side and see how it sits. I do like the classic look the millenium design gives as well that's why I need to see them in the flesh. I will give you a call soon Steve and call down but the car is off the road at the moment until march. I do have to factor a refurb cost into this as well to get the colour I'm thinking of to go with the car. One good thing being in the 114pcd club you get some different wheels to consider

The only problem is I am a middle aged baldy so DC Daps lol Kev and a baseball cap with a flat peak on it may be difficult for me to pull off especially with my old white Y fronts pulled up around my armpits with the M&S label showing rotflmfao

There's some cheap ones about you just got to keep your eyes open Jarvis... What would you call reasonable I'll keep my eyes open.

Anyone know of any company's that sell an "alloy air box surround" thinking RCM filter but would like to box around it a little and don't have the patience to bugger about trying to construct something, it's not as easy as it looks and would prefer to have a manufacturers finish on it.

That is the shield that both Ty and Glenn have, I've got the link and to be honest it's not that much new.... either way I think it's the way to go with a shield fitted. I'm getting there now Dean in my mind
