The 2011-2012 Man United Thread
now can everyone stop slagging off Kenny - he might not be the greatest manager in the world but he's still an absolute legend and you can't point the blame for our dismal league performance this year soley at him.
surely even the most hardened utd can appreciate that - kenny is quick witted, amusing, loyal to the extreme, hard working and passionate about the club and players he's working with.
I mean, I hate Fergie with a passion because he's a boring, unfunny, hypocritical, huge vagina, but, i'll admit he's a fantastic manager!!

Of course. When he stops being s***.

Liverpool and a city supporter? well one of them won today
TBH, its going to ruin football if this keeps up, you cannot throw this sort of money into a game and lose £192,000,000 per annum, this will come to an end (and soon hopefully with the introduction of financial restraints), otherwise it works out that each man city supporter will need to pay £800-1000 per match ticket
which really is out of their reach
But good on man city, it was a close game, will be 44 years before they get their next title though

Yep always next year, though I thought we did pretty well considering having 11 players injured for most of the season, not bad to get 2nd with the same points, plus we will get better with our young players, should be a good 2012-2013 season

Still, always next season and a fresh start with all our players and not half an injured team
should be some clearing out this summer to make room for the youngsters

Man City are going to be the Chelsea of the north
or the Blackburn

Knew that would haunt me. Utd threw it away but what an end to the season. I can't personally be too gutted given the circumstances. 2 points though if I may...
1. The usual ABU ******* are more vocal than City fans (if SN has any?)
2. Utd may have spent big over several seasons but this wasn't due to a one-off wealthy benefactor. It was due to clever marketing around the world of the Utd brand and all the glory supporters spending ££.

Now we have that out the way, my genuine congratulations to Man City and also Liverpool on finishing below Everton after spending £100m and having a far bigger budget than the toffees
