Well I'm no expert as I've only heard of half of those!
Not a regular whisky drinker, but when I do I like Speyside single malts such as McCallan and Cragganmore. I can recall a few years back getting to the front door of a club in Parma, Italy while wearing my kilt. The bouncer couldn't resist setting me a wee test by saying I could only get in if I could name 6 single malts............... I only just made it (I'd had a few! ). Tried to nip in "Grouse" but he immediately spotted that!

I can't name that many either! However, I was given some Talisker over Christmas, as well as some Glenfiddich 12 Year old. I have some Glenlivet, lots of different Glenfiddiches (Solero, normal, 12 YO etc) Various Jamesons (yes i know it's Irish, but I love it) Chivas, some JW Blue Label, etc etc.
I have a mate who works for Diageo, so I get some decent staff deals.
I fancy a drink now!

I thought every one liked bacon, even veggies!
Nee idea what most of that is, I'll fetch you a Broon Ale, can't stand the stuff myself, though.
With out re-hashing a lot of what's been gone over, should it not really be a case of "Fit in or **** Off"? I wouldn't live somewhere I didn't like, like the customs/rules/way of life, so why do some?
At the end of the day, so far as I'm concerned, religion is a load of bollocks. I couldn't really care less what someone chooses to believe in, God, Allah, potatoes, I'm not interested. Just like I'm not interested in the colour of someone's skin as to how I would treat them.
The only exception I will make is Mackems, no time for that sub-breed. They talk funny and everything.

Talisker and Glenfiddich are good. In fact there aren't any "bad" ones, although I'm not so keen on the "peaty" Island malts (mainly because I drank 3/4 of a bottle one new year and could taste it for the next 3 days solid! ). Should point out now I'm more likley to have dram rather than bottle.
