Mostly today I have been helping Dylan get the bolts out of the hubs and rebuilding the car back up.
Here's the offending bolt and bushes (which had to get burned out).
The new bolts have been treated to a good dose of grease.

This is the pile of rust and crud that fell off during the minor adjustments with Big Hal the Hammer.

The meister at work!

The final set up and tracked by Dylan.

I have new poly ARB link bushes, gearbox, front drop link bushes and the new front alloy wishbones and it's nearly there
.
I can't thank Dylan enough and there are a few favours going his way soon
Your a star mate

.
And the cluncking from the backend which started on the way home was not anything that had been fitted
.
Note to self - remember you put the alloy wishbones and your tool box in the boot
.
1. The last of the poly bushes.
2. Lightweight pulleys.
3. Sport cat.
4. Engine bay bolt kit.
5. CDF dog bar.
6. Powder Coat the Alloys. Pick up 9 May.
7. New alloy front arms. Bushes fitted.
8. Roof Flap. By the WWF

Very nice Ian, but like I said earlier in our text messages - good luck in cleaning them.
I've got some Autoglym wheel sealant aerosols - it's supposed to be pretty good if you want them.
