Mr "goodeggy" did me proud with some bit's for the car. Some plastic trim for the folding seats, front indicator loom, front bumper support bar and a excellent interior carpet. It was worth it just for the carpet hook so they have had a clean before fitting.

Fitted some new trim as it was scratched quite deeply.

Passengers Recaro is now wired in and working.

What a mess the bumper bar was . The end had been eaten by the steel worm and was frumbling away!

The old one is on the top. You can see the difference.

I changed the Driving light brackets while I was at it, they were as bad as the bumper bar

When the headlights are out you can see the ends of the bumper bar. The worst bits are hidden behind the bumper

Hit the buffers a bit. Can't get the subframe/diff carrier and arms done until after the Welsh Warrior Festival. Starting to get fed up with it now.

Default UPDATE

Had an awesome day with the Duracell Bunny at his Scooby Meet Car Park.

By lunchtime Calvin's gearbox was rebuilt and fitted. I learn something new everyday even if I only did a tiny bit.

They the rear diff carrier and subframe was ready to do on mine.

The old one was flaking like the Dandruff Man and when we got it off it was horrendous. But the bolts holding the lateral link arms where seized solid and we ended up taking the rear under carriage off in a oner with the drive shafts and hubs still connected.

Check out the rust and fubared rubber bushes.

I can't thank Dylan enough. He was supposed to be moving today but did Calvins gearbox, Rich D's tracking, Ty oil and my stuff as well. He even managed to make us cups of tea and polish off a kebab for lunch .

But next time I get down can we all eat some none fart foods the day before .

Geraint gets a mention too as he's the Sorcerers Apprentice. I need to get the new bolts from Import Car Parts (unless anyone as some lying around) and it's nearly there.
